Project Details – section
Goal | Creating the right and unique reference information for the project, and initial expectations about scope and risks & opportunities from stakeholders.
Accountabilities – section
Goal | Defining at start the 3x most important roles in the project, who are also the main members of the Steering Committee (Steerco).
As a result, these roles are automatically completed in the Project Organisation App.
Timing Expectations – section
Goal: Collecting initial expectations from stakeholders about the time-line of the project so resource plannings can be evaluated.
Cost Expectations – section
Goal | Collecting initial expectations from stakeholders about the cost per year of the project.
This information will be used in the Cost Control App to compare actual cost with initially expected cost.
Project Targets – section
Goal | Defining the project targets for specific purchased applications.
The Targets are used in the Project Progress Reporting App, and the individual apps where they are presented in the header as input for the KPI of that app.
