How can I register myself?
Simply click the ‘Sign Up’ button on the platform and follow the registration prompts to create your profile.
Which role do I get on the platform?
That depends. Every company needs a Company Admin to centralise standardisation for all projects. So the first user is always Company Admin. Followers become automatically Company User. The Company Admin can assign another person to become Company Admin.
Which aspects of the controls can I configure?
Within each company, there can be several users but there is only one Company Admin role. The Company Admin can adjust things like:
Naming of the project phases, gates, different portfolio statuses, and identifying the budget approval gate in the Stage Gate Model.
Setting the threshold levels (green, yellow, red) for the KPIs.
Creating a list of Investment Categories (like Growth, Maintenance, …) and specific Regions/Areas where projects are executed.
Adjusting the Impact axis (cost, schedule) for the Risk Assessment App and Change Management App.
Adding your project specific targets to the list of standard KPIs.
Identifying and naming specific teams in the project organisation chart.
Defining scoring criteria per investment category for projects in your portfolio.

What are the cost of these controls?
The cost depends on which applications you want to use for your project. You can choose the applications on your Account Page.
The prices are indicated on the Platform (this site) and on the platform its Account Page.
Each app has a price for writing – so when you want to edit the data, and a reduced price for reading – if you only want to see the data and results.
There are package deals per project complexity; see Platform (this site).
You can try-out any app during a week.

Can I access myControlz on different devices?
Yes, myControlz is fully responsive but works best on desktop.
What is the community?
Everyone who is registered on the platform is part of the community where relevant information is shared for all users:

Absolutely; we implement robust security measures on proven databases to protect your information at all times. The Supabase database back-end is widely recognized for its extended data protection.
What is a Stage Gate Model and why is it important?
A stage gate model structures your project in phases allowing you to control your activities and minimise rework. We applied Industry Standard project phases in our Stage Gate Model, but you can adjust it to align with your Company rules and procedures.
